One-on-One Strength Coaching
This is the program for people who are tired of guessing in the gym. Promowinnerhub pairs you with a dedicated strength coach who writes every session for you, watches every rep and adjusts the plan weekly based on what your body actually does under the bar.
Sessions run out of our Cremorne studio with full barbell, rack and platform access, and you keep the programming whether you train with us or travel for work.
Built Around How You Actually Train
Promowinnerhub built this coaching track after watching too many members stall on cookie-cutter plans they downloaded for free. We start with a 90-minute movement screen, then map your squat, hinge, press and pull patterns against real benchmarks. From there your coach writes a block of training that fits your schedule, your injury history and whatever equipment you can actually reach during the week. You get a written brief before every session, live cueing during it, and a short debrief after so you always know what improved and what still needs work.
Coaches Who Have Been Where You Are
Nobody here learned strength coaching from a weekend certificate. Our team has spent years under the bar and years watching other people under it, which are two very different skills.
Between them our coaches have prepared athletes for national powerlifting meets, rebuilt shoulders after surgery, and helped office workers in their fifties pull their first bodyweight chin-up. That mix matters, because the person writing your squat cycle probably also knows what to do when your knee complains on a Tuesday morning.
Barbell technique specialists
Every coach on this track holds a recognised strength qualification and films your main lifts so you can see exactly where the bar path drifts.
Return-from-injury experience
We work alongside your physio or GP when needed and stage loading back gradually instead of pretending old injuries do not exist.
Data over guesswork
Loads, reps and RPE go into your training log after each session, so progress decisions come from numbers rather than how motivated you felt that day.

How We Get You From Day One To Results
Nothing about this track is improvised. You will know what happens in week one, week six and the week you retest, before you pay a cent.
Intro chat and goal setting
A free 20-minute call to hear your history, your current training and what you actually want out of the next three months.
Movement screen
A 90-minute session where we test squat depth, hip hinge, overhead reach and single-leg control, then film the results for comparison later.
Baseline lifts
We establish working weights for your main lifts so every future decision has a number attached to it instead of a feeling.
Program build
Your coach writes the first four-week block, loads it into the app and walks you through the reasoning behind each training day.
Training and review
You train, your coach watches and cues, and after each session you get a short written note about what to keep and what to change.
Retest and regroup
Every four weeks we retest the main lifts and decide together whether to push loading, hold steady or deload and rebuild.
