Group HIIT and Functional Training
Forty-five minutes, twelve people, one coach who knows everyone's name. Promowinnerhub runs high-intensity interval and functional classes built around real movement patterns, not random circuits that leave you sore in places you cannot name.
Classes run mornings, lunchtimes and evenings across Cremorne, with kettlebell, sled, rower and rig stations rotated so no two sessions repeat in the same order.
Built Around How You Actually Train
Group training goes wrong when it becomes a race with no coaching. Ours runs the other way. Each class starts with ten minutes of joint preparation and skill work, moves into three or four timed blocks built from sled pushes, kettlebell swings, rowing, carries and bodyweight strength, then finishes with breathing and mobility on the floor. The coach sets intensity bands for each block so a first-timer and a state-level athlete can work side by side without either of them wasting the session. We cap numbers at twelve so nobody trains unsupervised in a corner.
Coaches Who Have Been Where You Are
Coaching a group is a different craft to coaching one person. It means spotting a collapsing knee on station seven while timing a block on station two.
Our class coaches have backgrounds in team sport, athletics and clinical exercise, and they all train in the studio themselves. That gives them a practical feel for how the circuits actually hurt at week six, and it means they scale movements from the regressions that suit a recovering shoulder right up to the loaded versions that keep a former rugby player interested.
Coaches who count reps out loud
Every class is led live. There is no music-only session where you are left to work out the sequence for yourself.
Scaled to the person, not the group
Each station has three levels written on the board, so you pick the version that matches your shoulder, your back and your fitness that morning.
Stations that change weekly
The studio layout rotates on a nine-zone cycle so your body never gets comfortable with the same movement pattern two weeks running.

How We Get You From Day One To Results
From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave, the class follows the same reliable structure. Here is how a session actually unfolds.
Arrive and check the board
You walk in, find your name on the whiteboard and see which of the nine stations your group starts on today.
Warm-up and joint prep
Ten minutes of coached mobility, band work and light skill drills aimed at the joints the session is about to load.
Technique walkthrough
The coach demonstrates each movement level for the first block and answers questions before anyone picks up weight.
Main interval blocks
Three to four timed blocks run back to back, with intensity targets written on the board and adjusted individually mid-round.
Cool-down and stretch
Breathing drills and a short guided stretch so you leave upright rather than crawling to the car.
Results logged for you
Your station scores go into the app, giving you a running record to compare against next month's numbers.
